About Me

Well damn. How did you get in here?

'Ello. My name is Kitiara, and I think the originator of the About Me section needs to go die. I mean seriously, this is complete bullshit. Eesh. Ehm... let's see. I'm fourteen (well, that's what the birth certificate'll tell you... it's all lies), I can't get out of small Pennsylvania towns for anything, and I am incredibly shy. 98% of my friends are online ones who live in either Washington state, California, the UK, or fucking AUSTRALIA. I like to use incredibly obscene language and listen to music some would call *disturbing*. This could very well be true.

I like to read and write a lot, mostly fan fiction, though. Although I do like my Harry Potter, and I probably always will. I really like books you can find in the metaphysical section of the bookstore. Books about witchcraft, astrology, fairies, tarot. Stuff like that. Which leads me into the next, and rather important part of this acursed piece of text...

Guess what kids? I'm a witch. And no, I don't mean one of those "OMG, I CAN CAST A LOVE SPELL, LOLZ!" kind. This is my spiritual path. I study Wicca, but I'm making what I practice my own. I'm very into herbalism, and when funds permit it, I'm going to start making my own candles and incense. I'm also beginning to make charm bags to hang around the house. While I do spellwork, it's not my favorite way of making magick. I prefer making things. I guess that's how the craftiness that runs in my family is finally coming through.

As far as what I believe in religiously? I worship the Goddess. This is very simple, yes? I see Her in all things, from the birds to the very sky itself. I know many on my friends list are Christian. To you, I simply say: I respect your beliefs. I kindly ask that you respect mine. To anyone else who may be curious about my path, please, ask questions. I will be happy to answer them in any way I can. =]

Unless you happen to be blind, deaf and dumb, you know by now that I rather like the band My Chemical Romance. Ah, let me clarify. I like My Chemical Romance, not this pansy, melodramatic soap opera called The Black Parade. Why? BECAUSE IT IS PATHETIC! I like MCR when they're making music about how much things suck, hidden beind clever metaphors about the goings on in prisons. I do NOT like MCR when they're making music that point blank talks about how much things suck. While I understand that what they went through was shitty, it doesn't stop me from sticking my fingers in my ears every time that godforsaken piano intro makes its way into a room I happen to be in. Hopefully next time, they remember that a large portion of their fanbase is made up of angry, ticking timebomb teenagers who like music that allows venting.

*sigh* I digress...

I do like My Chem though. More as people now, than as a band. This will stay this way until some decent music reaches my little ears. Until then, I take comfort in the fact that the MCR guys are made of lawlz and cute, and probably always will be.
